    This is getting a bit out of control... My prediction is the company will be forced to retract their statement which might have an impact on their "public interest" claim for gas supply in the court case (harder to say there was bias/procedural unfairness if there was no contradiction to the public interest criteria). This reeks of Government lawyer intervention.

    But if the company retracts their statement, they are then admitting to there being no way to claim that there is 5.5 to 5.9 tcf of prospective gas which will decimate the value of PEP-11 and therefore, BPH, in my eyes.

    Ultimately, if this is derived from the Labor party's influence, we are witnessing their sentiment very early before the next Joint Authority decision.

    I wonder if there is such a thing as a freedom of information request to see who complained about the published information in the paid advertisements/article.

    If I was a shareholder who cared about the outcome of this project I would move Heaven and Earth to try to find out who made the complaint to the ASX.
