    If I was David, I'd outwait the ASX idiots until Marchs court case rather than admit to anything just to get off suspension. David could turn around and say ASX is forcing undue pressure and sue them as well.
    David can say with court case pending, he's not in a position to say anything?!
    March court date is only 8 weeks away
