BPH is becoming a Water”PEP” for the former and current Governments and constantly in the spotlight.
They bury it and it comes up again and no matter what they try to do, it spring up again from the Box. There will be backlash for an approval ( but may be much weaker as everyone paying through their backsides for energy ). No approval is still going to be very pricky with legal and regulatory challenges considering NOPTA and the responsible minister in the former Government was in favour. I also read somewhere that there is a possibility that the legal challenge may even end up in the high court as likely “constitutional” matters may be challenged as this act by Scomo was never precedent.
This is really getting very interesting.
