Yes. Apparently ASX thinks it's ok for David to compromise himself by telling him to lie and retract his statements. So either ASX unsuspends BPH soonest or gives a good reason why they're acting corrupt, ASIC gets on ASX back or we wait until March court case and ASX is forced to back down....?
