Take a look at statistics before your talk Lynas has 0.855% of its stock held by insiders. MP 19.6%. institutions Lynas 40% MP 50%. I will leave it to you to look up the make up of institutions in the last AR for both companies so you can explain to me why you think your statement has even a shred of truth to it.
As far as commissioning it is about 9 months behind. MP has been clear long in advance about problems and what they plan to do. And has done it. Lynas did not even make the goals as stated in the AR CC for Q1. Some problem with stack gas filtering from Kiln delayed it of course we did not find out about this till Q1 CC and even then they never said schedule slip just kind of an aside giving new goals. I did not own MP till last Friday when I bought Nov 17 $17.50 calls for less than a $. I have done this every Q for last 3 and only loss money. I expect there is better than a 50% chance I will lose again but we will see. Price is down about 0.20 from what I paid now. Because it is Calls I can lose money 5 to 7 Qs and still stand a good chance of making money if they start making REEO that includes all the heavies not just Ce, La and NdPr.
