We can now see what shorters did on Monday when announcement was made. They increased there shorts from 50M to 54M. This is the same as yu buying shares when there is a large price drop. JMO but we will see them increase shorts for rest of week. Shorter's are in market for exact same reasons as you and me, to make money, They see this as an opportunity
Shorts are allowed in every country I have ever invested in. they are allowed because they help stabilize the market. I would stongle sugest you study them a little so you can understand them. Not see them as some sort of evil that is out to hurt you.
Since 2000 I do not do shorts. Just expensive and high risk.. i do Puts. Rules in Us prohibit Puts, calls and shorts on stock under Us 10.00. So I cannot do anything on down side for Lynas.
there was a leak. From my experience my guess it was from government officials in Maylasia not out of the company. I posted this Tuesday AM in US.
