Index funds were strongly on the buy side on that day and the late crossing most likely a transfer to an index funds.
The company was aware that SE3 was found (unexpectedly) overbalanced and couldn’t flow on Monday (5th) after close. Hence, three days of trading remained until the TH and the last of those three days was heavily impacted by the large (and predictable) demand coming from the index funds.
They should have went into Trading Halt on Tuesday 6th before open… after 17 loyal years with Strike I sold frustrated and disillusioned at 24c…
