It's pretty clear from the share price and volume prior to 09/02 that no price sensitive information made it off site. People may have known it wasn't flowing but the reasons for not flowing were understandable and no one would make a financial decision on an overbalanced well not flowing.
You can make your own decisions but I completely disagree. The plug was pulled in the well on the evening of 08/02 and the well still didn't flow. That moment then is when price sensitive information was known and trading was halted the next day.
