No.
An opportunistic bidder might get 20% and a seat on the board (because some will take the money and run), but I can't see them succeeding at anything less that 40 cents, assuming the company doesn't get a chance to get a few runs on the board and the share price doesn't recover.
Most people will see a bid in the next month or so for what it is.
