Not necessarily Base... I found that response 'intriguing' too and it could be as simple as saying 1 out of 9 not working isn't that material overall...or it could be a subtle message to the market saying they think they cane fix the problem, so not all is lost. Bottom line is they are saying the market is overreacting, which I also think is about right, but am concerned that this gives predators an excellent opportunity to start building their positions on the cheap. There are a few catalysts in the next week or so that could help right the ship - SE2 and Govt policy. Things could turn quickly....?
