Exactly what i scratched up. 'Nine Oceans Group' doesn't exist in the WWW and 'Nine Oceans' was a defunct trading name whose trademark had lapsed. All of which was moot as they were susideries of other companies anyway... So litterally it appears that Nine Oceans Group was nothing. But somehow they (whoever Nine Oceans Group were) were given a rather large chunk of NZS shares (whatever they are)
