I had a thought recently that the board unanimously recommended the sale of the company because they could not properly consolidate all of these acquisitions and return the company to a profitability and growth state (although it should have been obvious from the complete abysmal state of the share price). This has more than communicated enough to me and I count myself lucky that I had an out with this stock.
