    have a look at the balance sheet and with that big remediation they couldn’t afford the dividend. Tbh they shouldn’t have paid one last half either.
    I’d prefer ifl used the billion in tax losses up and then either used excess cashflow to buyback shares on market or waited for franked dividends.
    This is a growth company now not a yield play as you can’t do both well. The dividend pause was smart and will put the company in a strong position in 12 months. Debt will be minimal and cashflow and profits higher, just apply the costs out savings to EBITDA and ifl is cheap
