    also the longer this draws out the patents and IP protections continue to lose value for BP. Even with all the extensions available to patents… BIT225 in its current form with continued uncertainties and further trials required would be better commercially to be replaced with next gen drug. If they can’t offload what has been learned from BIT225 at this point in time the company is done and dusted because no funding for anything else. The market has lost all confidence in management.
