Paints a very bleak picture for management here. Needs a proper investigation but really MM has taken a salary for a very long time and literally achieved nothing. That in itself should see them removed from the role (at a minimum). I bet many would like to see charges laid and fines issues but that would require a competent asic/asx so that's not going to happen
What do board members even do ffs. They're supposed to keep directors/CEO's in line, they need investigating here as well, not just MM. They allowed this to continue for so long. All they do is collect their fees and attend meetings, never actually do anything
