Plenty of circumstantial evidence of some "well-informed investing" but try getting it to hold up in a court. These games go on constantly & the players know the rules and what they have to do to stay just on the right side of them. ASX & ASIC are hamstrung, there is no point in throwing money & resources at an expensive & drawn out proceeding when you know that there is little to no chance of obtaining a positive outcome.
On the bright side I am quite happy to see "well-informed investors" throwing their money into RXL & the resultant share price increase, it has got me to nearly break-even on my holdings and hopefully the next step will be pushing me to the profit I have always expected/hoped for.
