They have not stated they did not disclose any information to anyone post receiving raw data and prior to finalising / issuing ANN.
Laughable they implicitly state the didn't issue an ANN before the ANN on Monday..
Seriously, how hard is it for the ASX to track the trades. Am I right - the lab results were received 10:20am and 700k went thru the ledger at 11am??

ASX Q: ....Do you consider the results to have a material effect on price...?
Fat Cat A: No.
So why mark the ANN price sensitive?
