I am not convinced this "already advised EPCcontract" was the inside info that prevented David Hathorn from partaking in a $900k cash raise! I think there is a lot more that caused dates of the share issue to be pushed forward and kept us suspended . Eventually they had to unsuspend on 20th and I am assuming still unfinished business. So lets see what happens in the future. Maybe I'm wrong, but it didn't make sense to me. This last SENS implies there may have been more, but KP2 say it was the EPC contract that was "inside info". Any views? DYOR
