Not sure the ASX will feel that way. The query specifically asked for the dates and times. No times given. And I'm not sure their reliance on the JORC code not allowing selective reporting will cover them here. Seems to me that there's nothing selective about reporting the info you have available. Sure, if they'd reported for only 1 of the 2 holes they had data for, then I could understand that they could be in trouble with this rule because that's obviously being selective in what's being reported. But I'm not sure the ASX would've seen reporting for the 2 holes they had data for as being in breach of this rule - because if you only have info for 2 holes, then reporting that not being "selective", it sounds more like continuous disclosure to me.
