So they received the ASX letter all the way back on Feb 26 containing uncomfortable questions and then rather than respond, they cancelled the SPP 2 days later moving the goal posts and then provided this response saying nothing to see here we have cancelled it. We are only now finding out about the whole thing.
Note the last sentence in the ASX covering letter "ASX's enquiries are ongoing". In other words this aint over yet.
