Prob not an ideal situation where most holders believe JP is hiding this information because of a belief that he would not be employed in any capacity by the new company should a takeover occur. Not only does it show a lack of belief in any new company wanting his services due to his incompetence in the role but also that he may at this point have self interest as his main concern.
Shareholder faith in the board pretty much non existent right now...
