what is a cash box discount? never heard of it? PS also cost incurred would be deductible before local tax, which would be a decent % of the total on the basis of a low offer.
That aside, I am happy they got pulled up on this one. they may not want to be distracted, but us shareholders would like to be suitably informed at the least!
