    it barely got to half the offer because the company rejected the offer without even disclosing it. If they had said the offer was made and substantially under values the asset but they are engaging to see if a far superior offer is available... then the market would have seen the common sense is still prevalent. But right now the market just sees a company with their hands over their ears singing out la la la la.
