I spoke to Adam on the phone a few months ago and asked some questions. He was very helpful and happy to speak to me.
The told me they were actively looking to provide shareholder value (an aquistition) and were happy looking outside the mining sector as well. I am guessing maybe they have found something worthwhile. With the heavyweights involved here I suspect it will be something good. It could be an RTO maybe?
