Yes indeed. It is a joke. A rather sad joke. It feels like whenever a share shows promise of going up they issue a speeding ticket. Not so great. I wish they would do the same when it goes down fast so that they can slow the rot - but alas they are not interested as to why there is a lot of volume when it goes down for no reason.
