OK Great - what are the percentages and where is it written or implied. I would believe that if BRN did a lot of volume today (and thereby triggered some % parameter) or even if it increased in value by a big % - but it did not. For instances there are other shares today that are performing better without a speeding ticket ie. HXG - which has increased from 7c last Monday and everyday last week and then today it increased by 21% and have a massive volume increase today for what it usually trades as well as increase in price - so what is the parameter that BRN triggered to warrant a speeding ticket.
