Certainly would be great if you could apply a general rule to the actions of all stocks. Personally I think the situation of OBJ and SSC are very different. OBJ has for quite a while now been controlled by traders. Any news pertaining to timeframes which were longer than expected was always going to cause short-term pain for OBJ.

SSC on the other hand has only recently seen an increase in activity and volume. I suspect there may be some trader and speculator entry but to me it does appear currently to indicate some imminent news. It's early days in terms of awareness of this company and that's why I think any sustained rise in shareprice is a positive.

Just doing my due diligence on SSC and it does appear that there is some interesting news ahead to drive it quite a bit higher from here.
