it appears that is a computer generate sell or buy order. It is used by all the the brokers, banks, etc with a very sophiscate software. It prides it self it can sell or buy any stocks at fraction of mini second. It first come out in the 1990's. Now the software get smarter and fine tune as well! with disclaimer!
