I've noticed the same thing. And the cynic in me wants to nod and say aha aha. However I'll offer you an alternative logical explanation.
That is, the Doc is researching more than one stock at a time, and when recommendation time comes hes got more than one that ticks all or most the boxes - And just maybe on D Day he chooses the one that has given the most recent bullish TA signal - like increased buying pressure/ price rise on volume.
Its how I would do it.
