Given the history of the people in charge of securities, they probably feel that they have now dealt with the query and they can go back to the coffee bar and discuss how they dealt with mirabela. Bwhahaha

The secret still lies with the DOCA, and the new money pumped into the company then. More importantly the trader who took the concentrate for less than $6-$6.50 per pound is now stuck with it. Even though the logistics was already paid for it with the loan provided, which really sucked the company dry again.
