Really, I don't see what the fuss is still about P51/3009. Old crown mine had lots of rich veins yes, but they were mined out (that gold will never magically re-appear) until the veins were too complex to follow and the ground water became an issue. Sure there'd still be gold there. But ..... we'll see. I'm more optimistic about other areas at Garden Gully.
Until we have more information and further drilling I'm not really sure comparing the Gascoyne deposit to a few holes is a good idea. It just plants the seed for more unjustified hype.
