Not really... everytime I have seen a speeding ticket, the responses are generally along these lines.
The important takeway from the response is actually underlined...."The Company believes that the assay results which will be reported in the announcement are not expected to have a material effect on the price or value of the Company’s securities at this time."
If the recent KIN (announcement yesterday), EAR (Merger finished and BFS out today), and IRC (+5 good announcements in last 4 months), BGS (imminent sale of lithium tenement) announcements have taught me anything... it is that even exceptional results will not have a material effect on the share price....
I am PRAYING (as in my other thread) that the "other reasons" might be a takeover play.... I remember the takeover play on KIN put it on the map.... hopefully, a takeover play will gyrate the share price a bit...
