I refer to your letter of 29 December 2017 regarding the change in the Company’s share price and increase in volume of trading and advise:
1. & 2. The Company is not aware of any information concerning its activities that has not already been announced and that could be an explanation for the recent trading in the shares of the Company. The Company notes that as announced on 22 November 2017, a 5,000m RC drilling program is underway on the Slate Dam and Beowulf projects. Results from this drilling program will be released when received.
3. The Company is not aware of any other explanations for the recent trading in the securities of the Company.
4. The Company confirms that it is in compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 3.1.
5. The Company confirms that this response has been authorised and approved in accordance with its published continuous disclosure policy.
