It will absolutely be a 10-bagger if they find economic gold. Just look at the transaction values nearby - they are $1B plus.
A Disallowed is about 100m EHX market cap, which at 25% is a gold resource value of say $400-500M, which is still less than half of the value of surrounding deposits.
