Yeah , I kind of agree with your theory there. Not the best speeding ticket response I've ever read considering it took a day and a trading halt to complete...lol. It could just be a large speculator, or someone who may have heard a little rumour.. All speculation anyway.
Either way, if there is something in the pipeline it wont be for a while yet, would have to wait at least a month or so to make things kosher.
Grabbed a few more for a Friday treat.
