You have a good point regarding Point 1.. How can the director sell during this time?
During a drilling campaign, assay results and talks with Chinese partners, existing MOU's etc?
Surely there is a blackout time when directors can buy/sell and i would assume during such a busy time delivering results and partnerships it wouldnt normally be allowed??

Im genuinely curious so if someone more knowledgeable than me can confirm when directors can or cannot sell would be appreciated..
