Hi ConnerEx,
You are correct in a little more than unusual!! Why would someone buy 9.5m shares off the chair of the company at above market price??
What would make that person believe that paying above market price was a good thing??

"All seems further investigation required by ASX/ASIC"

That is almost inevitable the more I think about it, especially once it starts running in the media over the next 24 hours or so.
