ICG had a few recent shareholder update meetings, so people are meeting and talking. Someone probably knows something and has talked. Someone decided there is big upside coming so bought up a big chunk.
But when you are talking 0.1c increments it's not hard to jump 66% in a day. The price can only jump in 25% increments when at 0.4c
