My response to the speeding ticket would have been that finally people are starting to wake up to what is now on offer from ICG.
Someone, with a few quid in their pocket, has come across the company and decided that the odds are in their favour to make a few bob, and so they have put their money where their research has indicated.
Plain and simple.
