actually you've just shown what a muppet you are. the asx is a public company. it's actually traded on the asx lol. so nothing to do with tax payer funds. the asx's role is to ensure the market is informed, each company has an obligation to disclose any information which may materially affect their share price. So a 40% rise on no news warrants an explanation. If HCT makes a release in the next day or so, you can expect to see an aware letter follow.
