The Company notes that it owns 10,312,577 shares in RTG Mining Inc (ASX: RTG) following completion of the sale of the Aucu project in Kyrgyzstan to RTG in late 2019. At the time of issue, these shares were valued at A$735k. On 29 May 2020, RTG announced the grant of a mining license for its Mabilo Project in the Philippines, causing its share price to increase to reach an intraday high of $0.245 per share on 1 June 2020. The share price of RTG closed on 2 June 2020 at $0.155 cents per share, valuing the Company’s shareholding in RTG at A$1.6m. The Company’s cash and listed assets is now worth just below A$4m
Yep, you read it right 4m assets and 4m market cap. Undervalued is an understatement.
