I do often think that the sheriff needs to give some latitude to emerging companies who experience regular fluctuations in their share pricing. These movements generally relate to investor financial positioning as they move towards the building of the company. Not some conspiracy to manipulate or leak information. Btw another young (similar) company has experienced a 30% gain since monday with no ticket, nor announcement. Go figure.
