Pre-COVID, FRX would have needed a valuation of ~$36m MC to put the options in the money.
Unfortunately, with the recent raise and another 100m SOI, they'll have to achieve a MC closer to ~$50m.
They still have over 2 years to achieve this, but until either a vaccine is found or FRX successfully execute a pivot into IoT, I think the heads represent better value at current levels. Liquidity is even more an issue with FRXO than FRX.
