The response highlighted the recent "undervalued @ 20c" recommendation, as well as general anticipation of the news.
The implication of the report being the catalyst for increased activity, but being confidential, would be that there was insider activity - but that's not what this "please explain" notice is about.
So I don't see what you are disappointed about with this response - would you care to elaborate?
