Last numbers we looked at MIN 's holding I think they needed ~180M more shares to get their 19.99% (as they got slightly diluted from last CR) . If over they have to declare intentions.

Actually scratch that> (180M) just looked back at a post when @1982 and I looked into what MIN needed to get back to the 19.9% (max) after the raise when they were diluted, about 118M more shares.
