For me this will tank down to around the 14/15c mark... likely back to the 12 or 13c if there is no news. If NOPTA is approved I feel a lot has already been factored into the price, sure it may jump a bit but I can't see it shooting lights. At the end of the day it will only be an approval to proceed with one heck of a gamble.
The flogs will disagree but that is what the rose tints do.
