i) in the ordinary course of business CDT has just made application for three new exploration licences in the Earaheedy Basin of Western Australia, one of which is located at Withnall in the Peak Hill mineral field;

ii) review of various stock market trading forums today indicates that a speculative link has been made in respect to the Withnall application and its close proximity to the Earaheedy Project owned by Rumble Resources Limited (ASX:RTR); and

iii) no work has been undertaken by CDT on any of the licences whilst they remain in application.
