Seriously? Could be a speculation post on social media or someone mentioning to someone about buying more stock as they think there could be a deal in place. Could be a thousand reasons - doubt the federal police would have the manpower or want to waste time or money on chasing down maybe, could be, possibly be, I heard that statements or assumptions.
