1. Is BAT aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market
which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities?

In compliance with ASX Listing Rules, Battery Minerals expects to release is Half Year
Report for the period ending 30 June 2021 later this week. No new material information
is expected to be included in this Half Year Report for the period ending 30 June 2021.
