Absolutely, HNR should have been paused earlier, a range of reasons could have caused the delay, I imagine they have automated alerts for moves like that, however I also believe a person with the authority must action the pause manually after consideration and analysis. On the CPO case they knew straight away the cause of the rise. Perhaps they are too busy building a brief on the Pump and Dump Group admins who wrongly believe they are anonymous. Just my opinions.
